Chris Fusillo, co-founder of XKOVA, secured 1st place in Bounty9000, a competition designed for developers and Web3 builders. The winning entry was an early prototype of XKOVA, a personal financial management application built on Avalanche Layer 1, and featuring USDC as its native token.
The Bounty9000 challenge, which awarded prizes to the top three entries, drew submissions from developers around the world who are focused on pushing the limits of blockchain technology. Chris’s winning prototype of XKOVA demonstrated an Avalanche L1’s ability to enable fast, secure transactions while leveraging the power of Avalanche’s scalable network.
Particularly noteable is that Chris was able to build and launch the XKOVA L1 on Fuji Testnet in less than a month. During this time, he also completed some “side quests” (as he calls them) and created tools to benefit his fellow blockchain developers in the space such as https://L1cli.comand AWM Log Analyzer.
Bounty9000 launched about a month ago for developers to build a payments app on an Avalanche L1, with $USDC as the gas token.
After going through all the great submissions, we have the top 3 winners 🏆
